He has small hands and earns food for his family by acting as mechanics&#8217; hands in the big machines.<\/p>\n<p>Lo has seen exactly two humans he wasn&#8217;t related to.<\/p>\n<p>His family are the only humans in their slave pen, possibly the whole station. Lo&#8217;s father and mother work as mechanics, and his uncle keeps their shanty home in the lower hangar slum.
